To me, one of the best parts of a thriller is the moment when the twist hasn’t been revealed yet, but I have already figured it out. For that reason, I have to recommend , a new series on Apple TV+.
Starring Joel Edgerton and Jennifer Connelly (pictured above), this is a thriller in which a physics professor gets pulled into the multiverse, charging through various versions of Chicago in an attempt to get home. The very nature of the multiverse stands against him, as do other versions of himself. The show surfs along the edge of paradoxes, keeping it from getting too bogged down in the physics of it all, and it is fun all the way through.
I have also been rereading, watching and listening to a bunch of iterations of the stories of . Somehow every single one is good and they are all very different, so it has been easy to get into the groove of reading the original stories, watching and and listening to the podcast all in a row.
