sees UFOs whizzing around in the skies over Bucharest, it may mean Romanians
Grigore and Panait Nika have got their ambitious “universal transport system”
off the ground (WO 01/611889). They describe a flying saucer, built from two
wheels that spin in opposite directions to “annul gravity”—like you
do—and at the same time creating a low-pressure lift effect over the upper
surface. They also explain how the saucer can be mounted inside a large globe to
create a handy flying sphere.
